Honor seems to be developing a Band 7 wearable replacement. The Honor Band 9 may soon be available for purchase, according to a recent certification sighting, which also provided some information about the device's specs.

Bluetooth SIG certification for the Honor Band 9 has been observed

In 2022, the Chinese manufacturer of smartphones debuted the Honor Band 7 model. It appears as though the release of the replacement model is imminent. The Honor Band 9 model, sporting two distinct model numbers, was observed on the Bluetooth SIG certification platform. Both the RHE-B19 and RHE-B39 are included in this. Put differently, there exist two distinct versions of the smart band, potentially indicating differences in terms of features or screen dimensions.

The sighting additionally validated the Band 9's compatibility with Bluetooth 5.3. Regretfully, the database contained no further finer details about the wearable, such as its internal specifications. Additionally, since this is the first time the Honor Band 9 has been spotted online, more sightings in other certification platforms are probably in store for us in the near future.

Recall that the Band 7 had a 1.47-inch 2.5D curved AMOLED display when it first debuted. Support for 96 sports modes, heart rate tracking, blood oxygen monitoring, and sleep mapping were included. In addition to having a 5ATM water resistance rating, the smart band supports Bluetooth 5.0. Up to 14 days of battery life are provided by this wearable. Regarding the Band 9, Honor has not yet released an official statement. But more information about this device should soon come to light, so keep checking back for more details.
