Google Pixel Watch 3 will have a Marginally Better Battery; Certification Sites will be Disclosed

Alongside the Pixel 8 series, the Google Pixel Watch 2 was introduced in 2018. This marked the brand's official debut of its first wristwatch in India. New sightings on certification sites indicate that Google is currently developing the third-generation Pixel Watch. These listings have provided information about the purported Pixel Watch 3's battery.

Details on the Google Pixel Watch 3's battery were leaked

The Pixel Watch 3, model number G1QME, has been spotted by 91mobiles on the Dekra and Safety Korea websites. It is thought that this model number is connected to the Pixel Watch 3.

These listings indicate that a 307mAh battery will be included with the Pixel Watch 3. Compared to the Pixel Watch 2's 304mAh battery, this is a minor improvement.

A 294mAh battery powered the original Pixel Watch.

This iteration of the Pixel Watch is to be available in two sizes. It surfaced earlier this year. The Pixel Watch 2, which is available in a single 41mm size, is the only Pixel Watch model that Google has released thus far. The Pixel Watch 3 will give customers a choice thanks to its two size options, something that the earlier models apparently did not offer.

About the Pixel Watch 3, details are still very limited. It should launch with the Pixel 9 series later this autumn. Better features than the Pixel Watch 2 are also anticipated.

The following summarizes the features of the Pixel Watch 2:

Operating on the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Plus Gen 1 chipset, the Pixel Watch 2 has a 1.2-inch AMOLED display. With a built-in 304mAh battery, it is powered by WearOS 4. Despite having an always-on display, the smartwatch is supposed to have a 24-hour battery life.

Fitbit's multi-path heart rate sensor is also included in the Pixel Watch 2 for precise heart rate tracking. Fitbit's stress management system, which tracks body response to monitor stress levels and provide tailored recommendations, is also included. In addition, it has a skin temperature sensor, fall detection, and a body response sensor.
