Glashütte Original Celebrates Stylish Mechanical Watches for Empowered Women

Inspired by and supportive of feminine diversity, Glashütte Original used International Women's Day this past week to introduce a new line of Serenade Luna timepieces for bold, modern women.

The watchmaker says, "It is the ideal lifetime companion with the finest materials and an automatic movement designed and built in-house."

With a manufacture mechanical movement, Serenade Luna watches have the authenticity of a genuine watch while maintaining the charm of a fine piece of jewelry.

Across four distinct references, the 32.5mm range features eye-catching details, precious materials, slim dimensions, and options with diamond-studded bezels and mother-of-pearl dials that can be both glamorous and understated.

Two steel versions, one with diamonds on the dial and the other without, are available.

A steel piece with a sunray blue dial is the most basic, while a red gold piece with a golden green dial and diamond-studded hour markers and bezel is the most elaborate.

All models include a color-matched alligator leather strap that can be easily replaced with a bracelet without the need for any tools.

The central hours, minutes, and seconds, as well as the moon phase complication at six o'clock on the dial, are driven by an automatic Calibre 35-14 movement.

The movement features a silicon balance spring that is resistant to magnetic fields and a 60-hour power reserve.

$10,900 to $22,700 is the price range.
