As Breitling creates unique timepieces for Bucherer, a company owned by Rolex, business as usual

  • 09-December-2023

Since Rolex purchased it, Bucherer appears eager to demonstrate that business as usual is ongoing.

No one anticipated that competitors of Rolex would pull out of one of the largest luxury watch marketplaces globally, but would Bucherer continue to handle all brands fairly?

Breitling and Bucherer have created three limited-edition Superocean timepieces specifically for the Swiss jeweller, showcasing the strength of their long-standing partnership.

Breitling and Bucherer are uniting not only their rich heritage but also their great admiration for each other through their coming together, according to a statement from Bucherer.

In honor of Bucherer's founding year of 1888, a limited edition of 88 pieces of each of the three Superocean watches will be produced.

There is a 44mm Superocean model that is worn on a black rubber strap and has a light blue dial surrounded by a black ceramic diver's bezel.

For $5,250, it is currently available at Bucherer.com.

The mid-size model, which costs $7,400, has a rose gold bezel and crown, a burgundy dial, a red minute track, and other features.

The same sky blue dial, matching white bezel, and rubber strap are found on a 36mm model that costs $5,150.

The three new limited edition Bucherer Exclusive Breitling Superocean models are now available at a few select Bucherer stores across the globe.
