Five smartwatch models will be able to run Zepp OS 3.5, according to a timeline released by Amazfit. The Amazfit Balance was the first device to receive the 3.17.6.3 software update. Additionally, the update gives the different wearables access to a new tool: the Zepp Flow voice assistant.
For certain Amazfit smartwatches, the release schedule for Zepp Flow and Zepp OS 3.5 has been revealed. The release dates, which were first discovered in a picture uploaded by Reddit user u/jcik68, are now confirmed. Zepp Flow is an AI voice assistant that determines the appropriate response based on conversational input rather than preprogrammed commands.
According to Amazfit, starting on February 26th, Balance watches in the US, Canada, the UK, and the Republic of Ireland will receive the Zepp OS 3.5 and Zepp Flow update. Version 3.17.6.3 of the software was first made public earlier this year, but only a small number of users could access it at that time. Support for global ski maps, offline maps, and syncing picture messages from outside apps are all included in this update.
The update is scheduled for May 1st for users of Amazfit Balance smartwatches in France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Switzerland, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, and San Marino. It's important to note that some users in these nations have already posted on Reddit about receiving the software. Between May 28 and June 11 in North America and Europe, Zepp OS 3.5 will also be available for the Amazfit Cheetah, Amazfit Falcon, and Amazfit T-Rex Ultra smartwatches. In addition, the updated software will be available for the Amazfit Active starting on June 20th globally.
